1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our programs. By using the site, you confirm that you are.

2. Our Programs

Rebirth offers digital wellness education, including The Rebirth 90-Day System and The 30-Day Reset, in Men's and Women's Editions. Programs are delivered online through our member area, hosted by Kajabi, and include downloadable guides and worksheets.

Our programs are educational only. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional, or addiction treatment. Please read our Health Disclaimer before you begin.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account. Accounts are for one person. Please tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. Payments

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout and are charged as one-time payments unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers through Kajabi. We never see or store your full card number.
• We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.
• Coupons and promotional prices apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your License to Use the Content

When you purchase a program, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print materials for yourself.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute your login, the program, or any downloaded files
• Copy, republish, or post our content publicly, in whole or in part
• Use our content to create a competing program, course, or product
• Teach or deliver our programs to others, or use them commercially, without our written permission

We may suspend or end access, without a refund, for accounts that break this section.

7. Intellectual Property

The 6 Pillars of Rebirth framework, our program names, logo, guides, worksheets, and all site content are owned by Rebirth LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Rebirth LLC continues to offer the program through our platform. If we ever retire a program, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download your materials.

9. Community and Communications

If you join a Rebirth community, group, or live call, please be respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares other members' private information, or posts harmful content. By purchasing, you agree to receive emails related to your purchase. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, health, and circumstances. Any examples, research findings, or testimonials we share are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and programs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebirth LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of our programs or your decision to follow any exercise, nutrition, or wellness practice. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program in question.

13. Your Responsibility

You agree that you take part in any physical activity, dietary change, or other practice at your own risk, and that you will consult a qualified professional before starting. You agree to indemnify Rebirth LLC against claims arising from your misuse of our programs or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
